Deerhunter are playing at the recently-announced Slanted and Enchanted, so it should come as no surprise to know we like ‘em. Their new record, Monomania is pretty damn fine, and to get you in the mood to see the band live, take a look at the brand new clip to the track “Back to the Middle”.

Deerhunter — “Monomania”

Fresh from kicking the shit out of Morrissey, Deerhunter’s newie, Monomania is out in a few short days (May 7 to be exact).

The record is self-described as “nocturnal garage”, which is pretty accurate really. Monomania is dark, dirty and damn good.
