The second track from the forthcoming Atoms For Peace record has just hit the web, via a radio rip.
The group features Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and long-time producer Nigel Godrich, as well as Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea (yes, yes, weirdest collaboration ever), and Joey Waronker (best known for his work with Beck) on drums.
The track, “What The Eyeballs Did”, suggests the record is going to be a continuation of Yorke’s brilliant (and massively underappreciated) solo record, Eraser.
Somewhat disappointingly, there’s no slap bass.
