Charles Bradley’s second record, Victim of Love, is out now. With obvious James Brown influence (Bradley previously moonlighted as a James Brown impersonator), the Screaming Eagle of Soul has busted out another record brimming with chill-inducing greatness.
I saw Bradley perform at Golden Plains a while ago, and watched as he completely won over the audience with eternally optimistic tunes.
